As part of our strategy of locating beneficiaries we must on occasion contact the beneficiary directly by telephone. This method of contact can come as a surprise and raise suspicions which is quite normal in this era when fraudulent activity is prevalent
Our agent will provide the beneficiary with all our contact information and credentials during this initial call. Our agent will then afford the beneficiary the opportunity to verify our details and once comfortable we can then begin the process of assisting the beneficiary with claiming their share to the estate.
